I want to exchange or return my product
You have the right to cancel your order up to fourteen days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another fourteen days to return your product. In this case we credit the full order amount less 15% handling fee as mentioned in terms, Minus any shipping costs that may incur on you for sending us the product back.
Returned products are only accepted if the items are undamaged and unopened, with original labels and tags. You must also enclose the return form fully completed with the return shipment, so that we can trace your shipment. Does the returned product meet these conditions? Then we will refund the amount due within fourteen days after receipt of returned items to the account number you provided.

We recommend that you only return items via the post office. The shipping receipt you receive makes it possible to track your shipment if you send the product as a package. You can also return the product by appointment at the above location. Our employees are happy to help you make a choice for a new or replacement product or work with you to find a suitable solution for a possible complaint.
